I have C high D at the leadership/management diagnostic. I think the test is accurately gauging my management orientation.
The test is acutely right, but I wish I was another type, I prefer I high D over C high D, the reason here is because the C is more toward analysis, but cannot make the decision at all. Even professor said our kinds of people have most “creative mind”, but the lack of decision thing is really bothering me. For the most of the time, the lack of decision means no action, but the vision without action also means nothing =(
So I wish I can be the I high D type with faster decision and getting better relationships with other people. I think I can become this type if I quit thinking things too much and get a little bit more social life and make more friends.
However, I think it is helpful to determine people’s management “type” to better understand where they are coming from, this kind test would also benifits me at the later on working situation, it would let me and others know where do I fit in the position.
